SEO Tips for Your Web Page
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010Optimizing your website to be found by search engines can be difficult, and it can feel stressful if you don’t know what you are doing. There are a few things you can do that will help you out and make this job a lot easier.
Find SEO tools and see what they do. What is out there that people want to make easier. While you might not be able to compete with the tools in speed, you can do some of the same things for your site.
Make the context count. Search engines for the most part understand rough connections between words. Tea and Chamomile can be referring to the same thing, and most search engines understand that. Try to use the context to make the keywords relevant to the search engine.
Each page of a website needs individual attention, and it should be looked at as its own website. You don’t need to add all the information to each page, but you do need enough that search engines will consider it is relevant to the topic.
Don’t write too much. Make sure the writing is just long enough to stay on topic . If you go off topic some, it will dilute the keywords and their supporting context on the page. If you have something to say on a related, but distinct topic, give that its own page.
